what i learned today
a sneeze can travel up to 10 feet and i can run 5 miles aok (BIG HURRAY!). the former makes me a little scared of sniffles but the latter reduces my fear of the big 13! i guess my fears have canceled each other out and i’m still at normal level. phew. glad to get over that hurdle! i feel accomplished and balanced. :)
